We really need to see how the word is used in your text. It might even have different translations in different situations.

In the absolute, colisage is the breakdown of packages, the way a large number of items of different shapes etc. forming a whole are packaged so as to be easily handlable. It can involve grouping small objects to make a larger volume, or breaking a large item (a heavy piece of machinery for instance) into a number of its component parts that will be smaller and lighter.
