Hi all -

I am translation a shipping data sheet where this appears as a heading:
"client livraison lib"

I was wondering what the "lib" stands for. (My thought is "libératoire"). Am not sure if that is it and then would it be "withholding" and therefore "Client Delivery Holding"
Underneath this title it reads ADPO/xxxx-xxx EZ (the x's are a person's last name)

It appears in two more headings:
BCE Expéditeur Lib Réduit (underneath that heading is "RHO" -- I am assuming here that Rho is the town in No. Italy where they have a facility)

and a third time as a heading:
Payeur Lib

Any ideas about the "lib" and how it may fit in these contexts?

A pure guess, but it seems to fit in all 3 of your occurrences — I suspect 'lib;' is short for 'libellé'
That would be consistent with the lib. réduit (abbreviated ID code?)

Note that (to me) it makes more sense as a noun than an adjective (i.e. libératoire), and also the masculine agreement of 'réduit' tells us it ought to be a masculine noun.
