I'm stuck on this one:
Sur le choix du moyen de déplacement
**A panoplie d'équipements** fixée pour le demandeur, le moyen de déplacement recouvre un itinéraire, un horaire de départ, un mode de transport.
A priori l'itinéraire automobile et la place de stationnement sont déterminés conjointement par le demandeur, qui adapte son itinéraire afin de rechercher une place où d’accéder à une place réservéë ou dédiée ; le choix d'itinéraire dépend aussi des conditions de circulation.
De même l'horaire de départ peut être choisi en fonction des conditions de circulation et de stationnement, et de leurs variations horaires : en particulier arriver plus tôt ou plus tard à la destination peut modifier les conditions de stationnement, en tarif et surtout en disponibilité.

I may have latched on to parking too readily ... Given that you have mode de transport in your variables, I suppose your équipements/"facilities" could equally refer to buses, metros, trains and their respective stops and stations.
the requester is killing two birds with one stone i.e. he is in theory combining his search for a route with his choice of parking place when he gets to destination

Yes, I started searching for whoever else may be involved in the joint dtermination. I think they mean "jointly by the requester and the issuer of the parking facilities".

Panoplie d'équipements fixée pour le demandeur : le moyen de déplacement recouvre (i.e. comprend) un itinéraire, un horaire de départ ET un mode de transport.
Où : c'est OU = OR (et non WHERE !)
Conjointement par le demandeur : conjointement implique forcément une autre personne, inexistante dans la phrase ! Peut être supprimé.
It is a weird syntax and sentence!
