  -> How can it sound perfectly fine if you have a "personal loathing" for "organizational?" Thanks anyway....I think.
neutral Charlie Bavington: would "payroll expenses" also include things like staff training costs (for example), which they could also have in mind?

  -> For me, "payroll costs" corresponds to "masse salariale" in French, so yes, it includes all staffing-related costs.
