French term or phrase: cde
Still in the realm of waste disposal!
cde de la benne.
Cde = code détecteur d'erreurs according to the grandictionnaire but not for the field in which I'm scrounging. Oink! Oink!

order/control/code
Explanation:
Difficult to see how anyone can be absolutely sure here. "Code" is probably the least likely, as its hardly worth shortening from 4 letters to 3. Otherwise "commande", which could either be control, as already suggested, or order, as in booking/reserving/ordering.

= commande > order

Explanation:
Well, I am in total agreement about the fact that it is a common abbreviation for 'commande'; however, the more usual transaltion of that in EN would probably be 'order' --- I would guess the paragraph being referred to might be about the placing of an order for a skip, etc.

Really needs the context of the para. being referred to to be sure, but that's my idea, for what it's worth!
