French to English translations [PRO]
Wine / Oenology / Viticulture / stablization of wines
French term or phrase: quelques secondes à 80°C, quelques minutes 65°C
La pasteurisation détruit les micro-oragnismes par chauffage du vin quelques secondes à 80°C, quelques minutes 65°C.

Hi everyone - not sure if this means a few seconds at 80°C followed by a few minutes at 65°C... or if it is a case of one or the other. Research suggests the latter (i.e. you only need to carry out one of these operations, not both), can anyone confirm?
