Hier gibt es eine Definition der Begriffe:
Pour faire une preuve d’impôt différé, il faut tout d’abord distinguer les types de différences .
Une différence temporaire est celle qui résultant de la constatation comptable d’un produit ou d’une charge et sa prise en compte dans le résultat fiscal d’un exercice différent.
Il s’agit de rattacher la charge (ou la réduction de charge) d’impôt calculée au taux d’imposition de ces opérations au résultat comptable d’un exercice.
En revanche une différence permanente est une différence définitive entre le résultat comptable et le résultat fiscal de l’entreprise (élément non déductible ou non imposable de façon permanente).
