Es geht um Serviceleistungen, die eine Konzernmutter für eine ihrer Töchter erbringt, in dem fraglichen Abschnitt um die Buchhaltung.
Der Satz lautet:
La société XXX [die Konzernmutter] s'engage à respecter l'intégralité des dispositions législatives et réglementaires relatives à la comptabilité de la société Bénéficiaire [die Tochtergesellschaft] et à éventuellement soumettre aux conseils de la société Bénéficiaire les APPROFONDISSEMENTS qui s'avéreraient nécessaires.
Im Satz davor geht es um die Rückgabe sämtlicher Unterlagen nach Ablauf des Vertrags und im Satz danach um Geheimhaltung - also kein direkter Bezug zum fraglichen Satz.
