Bus/Financial - Accounting / Jahresabschluss | | French term or phrase: avals et cautions | Hallo,
In einem Dokument zum Jahresabschluss kommt unter "sûretés réelles" (dingliche Sicherheitsrechte) eine Zeile "avals et cautions" für die ich keine zufriedenstellende Antwort auf Internet gefunden habe... vielleicht kennt jemand diese Wendung, die in Französisch recht verbreitet scheint auf Google...

Ein Aval ist eine Bürgschaft oder eine Garantie, die von einem Kreditinstitut vergeben wird. Durch die Gewährung eines Avalkredits geht das Kreditinstitut eine Eventualverbindlichkeit ein (Ausweis unter dem Bilanzstrich).

Dur kannst auch einfach nur *Aval* schreiben. |
