Den Vertrieb in dieser Firma (Verkauf von Kosmetika zuhause) leisten Distributoren, Manager, Senior Manager, "manager adjoints" und eben animateurs und *animateurs adjoints*
Wenn adjoints als stellvertretend übersetzt wird und animateurs hier als Betreuer, so komme ich auf "stellvertretende Betreuer". Das klingt seltsam

Wer hat eine bessere Idee?

Hallo Christiane,

sicher, dass es Betreuer sind und nicht irgendwelche Berater? Aber gut, ich habe absolut keine Ahnung von der Branche (nur eine Verwandte, die vor 100 Jahren mal Avon-Beraterin war :). 'Adjoints' können jedenfalls auch Assistenten sein, also hier vielleicht 'Assistenten der Betreuer' oder so...
Aber das ist wirklich nur ein Brainstorming-Vorschlag :).
