Pourtant, c'est juste une idée de base, son rôle et ses attributions sont encore à définir. Il n'y a donc aucune explication supplémentaire sur ce comité.
Dans mes recherches, j'ai vu qu'on trouvait "comité opérationnel 'Recherche'" dans le cadre du Grenelle de l'environnement, mais je n'ai pas trouvé comment les Allemands l'appelaient, celui-là...
