Le compte d'affectation spéciale « Développement agricole et rural » (CAS-DAR), dont la plupart des actions sont mises en oeuvre par l'intermédiaire des chambres d'agriculture et des instituts techniques, s'est substitué en 2006 à l'Agence de développement agricole et rural (ADAR)26(*).
Il regroupe deux programmes ayant pour objet :
1) d'aider les exploitants agricoles à maîtriser les risques et opportunités de marché, de les inciter à s'inscrire dans une démarche de développement durable, d'améliorer les conditions d'exercice de l'activité agricole et d'intégrer de façon harmonieuse cette activité dans les territoires ruraux (programme 775) ;
2) d'inciter, via un appel à projets, les acteurs du monde agricole à prendre des initiatives en matière de développement agricole (programme 776). |

Um eine weitere Untergliederung zu ermöglichen, würde ich von "Sonderposten" (Landwirtschaft o. ä.) sprechen.
