Hallo,
es handelt sich um ein Sachverständigengutachten eines Architekturbüros.

Eine Treppe bzw. ein Treppenabsatz weist u. a. folgenden Mangel auf:

"le rapport XXX relève aussi des infiltrations sur les murs exterieurs, indiquant que *****« le Platon n'est pas fixe moyennant un solin***** et que Ia qualite de Ia membrane verticale est en consequence a mettre en doute. » "

Ist mit Platon vielleicht "Palier" gemeint? Dann wäre der Treppenabsatz nicht korrekt veranktert...ansonsten kann ich mir nichts übersetzungstaugliches zusammenreimen.. :(

Mit "le Platon" ist eine spezielle Membran gemeint, die normalerweise wasserdicht ist, aber im vorliegenden Fall wohl nicht richtig installiert ist. Deshalb gibt es Probleme ("infiltrations") und der Sachverständige erwähnt es in seinem Gutachten.

Hier ein Beispiel für "Platon" aus einer Ausschreibung einer Baufirma:

Le platon
Une membrane d’étanchéité de type « Platon » épaisseur 0.6 mm est placée contre les murs de cave sur toute la hauteur du mur enterré.

Hallo nochmal, habe eben noch folgenden Eintrag in einem frz. Heimwerker-Forum gefunden

"Platon est la marque qui a un quasi monopole par chez moi. C'est une membrane drainante destinée à être posée verticalement contre les ouvrages enterrés."

Es handelt sich also bei PLATON um die Firma, die Marktführer ist und wasserdichte Membrane/Folien herstellt. PLATON ist also ein Markenname und Synonym für eine ganze Artikel-Gattung, wie bspw. TEMPO in Dtld für Papier-Taschentücher, oder TESA für Klebestreifen.
Jetzt ist das Rätsel eindeutig gelöst!
