Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie Projekte für eine Quartierentwicklung überhaupt entstehen:

Pour que le démarrage du projet soit possible, il est nécessaire que puissent s'enchaîner deux étapes initiales cruciales : le déclenchement de l'opération et l'émergence de la dynamique de projet. Le déclenchement de l'opération repose sur un processus à même de servir de "détonateur", qui peut résulter d'un concours de projets ou d'une initiative visant à valoriser un site présentant un intéressant potentiel de développement. Les différentes possibilités de déclenchement mettent en évidence *que ce dernier repose généralement sur une responsabilité partagée entre différents acteurs* (collectivité publique, propriétaire du terrain, auteur du projet, investisseur, etc.).

Hm, wie habe ich das zu verstehen? «Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, wie ein Projekt ausgelöst werden kann, zeigen, dass im Allgemeinen mehrere Akteure gemeinsam die Verantwortung dafür tragen .» Ich bin nicht besonders glücklich mit dieser Version. Hat jemand eine Idee? Vielen Dank
