Eine wahrscheinlich ganz simple Frage, die mich aber dennoch beschäftigt, aus einem Bericht über die Kostenentwicklung im Bauwesen:

Cependant, XY a constaté que l’évolution des coûts n’est pas linéaire, c’est-à-dire que les coûts peuvent évoluer tantôt à hausse et tantôt à la baisse entre *le devis du projet approuvé*, la passation des marchés, les compléments aux contrats et le coût final.

Bezieht sich "approuvé" hier auf devis oder projet? Heisst es also "der genehmigte Kostenvoranschlag für das Projekt" oder "der Kostenvoranschlag für das genehmigte Projekt"? Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

Das "projet" kannst du dir m. E. sparen, weil implizit - worauf sonst als auf das Projekt soll sich das Angebot (der Kostenvoranschlag) beziehen.

Des Weiteren: ein Angebot auf ein "nicht genehmigtes" Projekt hat ebenso wenig Sinn ...
