Les services chargés de la protection du patrimoine à Genève, sont regroupés dans la direction du patrimoine et des sites de l’Etat de Genève (département des constructions et des technologies de l’information). Depuis leur création, ils ont rassemblé d’importantes quantités d’information qui donnent des renseignements sur l’histoire des bâtiments, sites et autres objets qui sont situés sur le territoire cantonal et qui sont susceptibles d’avoir un intérêt patrimonial. Le cas échéant, elles informent sur les mesures de protection qui ont été prises pour garantir le maintien.

Die mit dem Schutz der historisch-kulturellen Bausubstanz betrauten Ämter in Genf gehören zur Direktion des Landschafts- und Gebäudeschutzes (Departement der Bauten und der Informationstechnologie). Seit ihrer Schaffung haben sie grosse Mengen an Information gesammelt, die über die Geschichte der Gebäude, Landschaften und weitere auf dem Kantonsgebiet liegende Objekte Auskunft geben und von einschlägigem Interesse sind.

disagree  Olivier Blanc: Non, "département" pourrait se traduire par "Direktion"ou "Departement". Abteilung est une division au sein d'un département.
