obiger Begriff taucht bei der Beschreibung eines Bauprojekts für ein Wohnhaus auf und ist das Material, aus dem die Balkonbrüstung bestehen soll. Ich kann mit "inerte" in diesem Zusammenhang nichts anfangen, da diese Eigenschaft ja irgendwie auf alle Platten zutrifft.
