agree  Irene Schlotter, Dipl.-Übers.: Zumindest mit Bindestrich (Club-Sandwich) oder sogar in einem Wort . 'ta*r*tare' könnte sich übrigens auch auf die 'sauce tartare' (aus Mayonnaise-Grundlage) beziehen, die sehr häufig zu Fisch serviert wird, und muss nicht zwangsläufig Tatar sein.
