Le lieu jaune serait le poisson le plus vendu en direct ou sous le manteau. Encore plus que le bar! Certains particuliers et restaurateurs y trouvent leur compte.

Der Pollack (Pollachius pollachius), auch Steinköhler, Kalmück oder (kaum noch gebräuchlich) Wrackfisch sowie Helles oder Gelbes Kohlmaul, ist ein Fisch aus der Familie der Dorsche. Der Trivialname Pollack ist nicht eindeutig, mitunter wird so auch der Alaska-Seelachs (Theragra chalcogramma) genannt. Im englischsprachigen Raum werden zudem sowohl der Pollack wie auch der im Handel unter dem Namen Seelachs verkaufte Köhler (Pollachius virens) als „pollack“[1] oder „pollock“ bezeichnet.
