French to German translations [PRO] Marketing - Cooking / Culinary / ...
French term or phrase:viande charnue
Es geht um eine Speisekarte, auf der auch die alte Geflügelsorte poulet gris angeboten wird und die wohl ***viande charnue*** hat.
Ist das einfach "festes Fleisch"? "Fleischiges Fleisch" wäre ja wohl sehr doppelt gemoppelt...

on pourrait, à mon avis, remplacer "charnue" par "savoureuse et ferme". Il s'agit surtout de donner, à la lectrice ou au lecteur, l'envie de se mettre à table, de goûter cette viande.
Explanation: Ich weiss nicht wie das in deinen Satz passt, aber das ist schon der Sinn: ein fleischiges Huhn.
Man könnte auch sagen "bien en chair", "viande bien fournie, beaucoup de viande sur les os", "un poulet bien dodu"

Explanation: ich kann mich noch gut daran erinnern, als ich das 1° Mal ein richtiges Freilandhuhn vom Bauern verabeitet habe: kraeftige Keulen, grosse Brust, und ich unfaehig es lang genug zu braten., gewohnt an die Supermarkthaehnchen.
