ich weiss schon was das heisst, aber ich kann doch nicht sagen:
... wählt er die edelsten Tropfen aus, die er vor Ort im Glas oder in der Flasche serviert, aber auch zum Mitnehmen anbietet.

zur Degustation vor Ort oder zum Mitnehmen?

ich finde "mitnehmen" klingt irgendwie nicht so toll

Im Lokal (alternativ: in seinen Räumen) - nicht 'vor Ort', wir sind nicht an einem Tatort oder auf einer Baustelle, sondern in gemütlicher Atmosphäre in seinem Lokal.

Zum Mitnehmen, aber bitte nicht unter der Jacke versteckt heraustragen (klauen), sondern kaufen und bezahlen.
