Das DSEP - Diplôme Supérieur d’Enseignement Professionnel - entpricht im Englischen dem HDP - Higher Professional Diploma.

Scheinbar handelt es sich um einen Studienabschluss nach 2 jährigem Studiengang/ 4 Semestern. Im 2. Link, dem blog, finde ich dann "Medical Laboratory Technology Studies" unter MBOA School/school info in dem Auszug aus der Pressemitteilung:

II- APPLICATION FILES AND REGISTRATION MODALITIES

II.1 The candidates for the HPD/DSEP exams shall be either internal or external.

II.2 The internal candidate (new or old) shall presented by and must have spent at least two academic years or four semesters in an approved or accredited Institution of Higher Education.

II.3 The external candidate shall be anyone who failed in one or many sessions of HPD/DSEP exam and is not presented by an Institution of Higher Education.
