neutral  Schtroumpf: Wo und seit wann? // In der Luftfahrt hab ich in der Tat auch im deutschen KoBü Ballast bzw. Ballast Unit gehört, in Anlehnung ans Englische. Würde mich nur nicht trauen, das aufs Bauhandwerk zu übertragen.

  -> Wo: Im Deutschen.... Seit wann: Mindestens seit Anfang des Jahrtausends, ich habe aber als Ingenieur Bauteile für EVG (elektronische Ballasts) entwickelt und die wurden immer so benannt.
