Aus einem Dokument mit dem Titel "Prescriptions générales pour la peinture des transformateurs", das neben dem französischen Original an den meisten Stellen auch englische Übersetzungen beinhaltet:

"Zone de mesures de DFT et critère d'acceptation:

Le DFT minimal se définit comme 2/3 du DFT nominal (DFT nom). Epaisseur minimale mesurée: Elle ne peut etre inférieure à 0.8 fois le DFT minimal et seulement en des *points unitaires*." Ich vermute, dass points Messpunkte sind, bin mir aber nicht ganz im Klaren darüber.

Zum Vergleich die vorhandene englische Übersetzung, die mir persönlich an dieser Stelle nicht weiterhilft: "Minimal measured thickness: It can not be lower than 0.8 time the minimal DFT and only in local points".

oder: an einigen (wenigen) Stellen.
Es geht wohl um Lackschichtdicke (DFT= Dry Fit Thickness?).
An einer Reihe von Punkten wird gemessen, und nur ein Bruchteil der Resultate darf bis auf Faktor 0,8 des Nennwerts hinunter reichen. So ist das m.E. gemeint.
