Aus einem Dokument mit dem Titel "Prescriptions générales pour la peinture des transformateurs", das neben dem französischen Original an den meisten Stellen auch englische Übersetzungen beinhaltet, hier eine weitere Frage, da ich nach meiner Frage betreffend "bride à gorge" mir bei der Bedeutung der "brides" allgemein und auch hier noch immer im Unklaren bin:
"Limite de peinte interne sur les portées de joints sur pièces acier:
- joint cuve - couvercle boulonné
- joint cuve - couvercle soudé
- bride plate/flat clamp: soudé sur cuve ou couvercle/welded on tank or over, avec goujons ou trous/with pins or holes
