Meine Frage, was ist ultime contrôle.
Dass man als Gesellschafter die Kontrolle über eine Gesellschaft haben bzw. diese kontrollieren kann ist mir geläufigt. Was bedeutet aber "ultime" hier? Sowas wie "überwiegend"? "tatsächliche Kontrolle"?
