French to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Bankwesen | | French term or phrase: référentiel | Aus einer Stellenbeschreibung für einen "chargé clientèle" einer "banque commerciale":
"Dans l'exercice de sa mission, le Chargé de clientèle s'appuie principalement sur la Direciton des Opérations de la banque ainsi que sur d'autres services support tels que la facturation, les *référentiels* et la MOA."
Da sind wohl Abteilungen/Stellen gemeint, denn ein paar Sätze zuvor ist von "département facturation" die Rede. Hat jemand eine Vorstellung, was dann "référentiels" sind? Mich wundert die Mehrzahl etwas. Ansonsten findet sich über Google zumindest der Ausdruck "service référentiel", was mich auf eine Abteilung schließen ließ.
Später heißt es noch: "Assure l'interface client pour la mise à jour des référentiels, contacts et abonnements." - Evtl. Angaben/Kundendaten?
Im Internet habe ich dann auch eine Stellenbeschreibung für einen "assistant référentiel" gefunden:
