Hallo,

vielleich kann mir jemand sagen, wie genau Accord de Marché zu übersetzen wäre. Hier ein Zusammenhang:

En cas de divergences existantes entre les dispositions figurant au present accord Accord de Marché et celles figurant dans les autres documents, les documents, précités prevaudront par ordre de prévalence decroissant quelles que soient les oppositions que les Parties pourraient constater entre les documents contractuels.

Außerdem komme ich bei diesem Satz nicht weiter, bzw ich bin mir sehr unsicher:

Les prix établis tiennent compte de toutes les dépenses resultant de l'exécution des travaux faisant l'objet du Marché, des aléas, des particularités découlant de la nature des travaux ou de l'implantation, des frais d'acquisition ou de licence d'utilisation de brévets, des assurances, des frais de contrôle résultant de l'Accord.

Vorallem bei "de la nature des travaux ou de l'implantation" wusste ich nicht weiter. Außerdem war ich mir bei dem "Marché" nicht sicher.

Explanation:
Gerade bei Ausschreibungen wird häufig das Wort "marché" für den Vertrag oder den Auftrag benutzt, welcher meist durch das Lastenheft genauer spezifiziert wird.

Zur Frage nach "implementation" denke ich eher an die Lage, z.B. in einem Fussgängerviertel, wo Laster nur schwer hinkommen.
