Ich vermute aber, dass mit der Wortwahl 'collecte' der dynamische Prozess der Zusammenstellung gemeint ist.

Eine Kollekte ist etwas dynamisches, und das sollte prononciert in die Formulierung eingehen.
Das wäre meine Vermutung ohne mehr Kontext.
