Im Zusammenhang mit Börsenindices und Investmentfonds:

Rendre les indices de hedge funds ***éligibles*** signifierait que n’importe quel hedge fund offshore non approuvé pourrait être indirectement distribué à n’importe quel petit investisseur au travers d’un véhicule d’investissement UCITS III, dès lors que ce hedge fund serait un des composants d’un indice donné.
