BBB est désormais filiale de CCC. C'est aujourd'hui une entité à vocation principalement commerciale, recentrée sur son "Core business" : Conseil, Gestion et Négociation d'ordres qui y sont liés. Le routage des ordres est depuis février directement réalisé par CCC. Le regroupement des moyens (plate-forme de traitement) doit conforter la satisfaction des clients qui conservent leur interlocuteur habituel chez BBB.

Grâce à ce rapprochement BBB, dans les trois prochaines années, connaîtra un fort développement de ses actifs gérés et compte tenu des synergies réalisées enregistrera une croissance de son **RBE** et donc une amélioration de son coefficient d'exploitation.

RBE = Résultat Brut d’Exploitation
