Le rapport de politique de sécurité devra ainsi examiner les risques et chances qui se posent à notre politique de sécurité, les intérêts et les objectifs de cette politique. Le rapport devra ensuite définir la stratégie à suivre et les instruments à disposition. Pour terminer, il devra analyser les ressources, les éléments de conduite stratégique et conclure par des perspectives. Ce rapport sera la poutre faîtière de la politique de sécurité de notre pays.
