Hallo liebe Kollegen,

wie kann ich diesen Begriff im Deutschen wiedergeben? Ich habe eine Erklärung gefunden (dies ist nicht aus meinem Text, den ich übersetze, dort steht nur die Abkürzung):

La loi du 20 décembre 1993 a donné aux chefs d’entreprises de moins de 200 salariés la possibilité de constituer une délégation unique du personnel (DUP), dont les membres sont à la fois les délégués du personnel et les représentants élus au comité d’entreprise.

Es sind also sowohl Mitglieder des Betriebsrats als auch andere Personalvertreter in dieser "Delegation". Würde man im Deutschen hier überhaupt eine Unterscheidung machen oder einfach von Betriebsrat sprechen?
