So könnte man zumindest die Anfangsbuchstaben der Substantive ins Deutsche transportieren (obwohl "formation" sicher auch im Sinne von Weiterqualifizierung oder Umschulung verwendet wird). Darüber hinaus bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie ich mit der Doppelung von "Formation" umgehen würde.
