In einem Arbeitsvertrag für einen Außendienstmitarbeiter steht unter dem Bereich "Gehalt", das zuvor aufgeschlüsselt wird der Schlußsatz:
***Cette rémunération constitue de plein droit un forfait tout horaire***.

Ich weiß es geht um den Arbeitszeitenausgleich usw. Wie kann man dies im Deutschen ausdrücken? Danke für Eure Ideen.
