übersetze gerade einen text aus der Schweiz. Da geht es um eine Stellenausschreibung für eine Führungskraft. Nun sagt man ja in der Schweiz auch "Kader" und ich denke, darauf bezieht sich hier das "cadre"
Kann ich hier sagen: Kaderstufe 8, Gehaltsstufe 3?
Das Niveau/ die Stufe sagt etwas über die Qualifikation des Stelleninhabers aus, so viel habe ich nun gelesen, aber wie übersetze ich es richtig, damit man es versteht?
