"Ajustement de la *marge d'assurance* en fonction de la tendance: Pour la détermination des pertes de marge, il sera procédé à tous ajustements jugés nécessaires pour tenir compte de la tendance de l'exploitation ou de circonstances particulières l'affectant, soit avant, soit après le sinistre."
"marge d'assurance" bereitet mir also Probleme. Beispiel 1 zeigt, dass diese gerade aus Sicht des Versicheres nicht sinken soll; nach Beispiel 2 könnte es vielleicht um den Versicherungswert gehen, der nach einem Schaden angepasst werden muss.
