Aus einem Versicherungsvertrag, den ein Industrieunternehmen abgeschlossen hat:

"Dommages assurés:
[...]
- Les dommages résultant d'usure ou de corrosion normale des seules parties viciées, ainsi que les dommages au matières premières par suite de vice propre. Restent garantis les *dommages par répercussion* dont ces phénomènes seraient la cause."
