Es geht um ein Dokument, in dem vorgegeben wird, welche Versicherungen im Zusammenhang mit diversen anfallenden Arbeiten (u.a. auf Baustellen), für Gütertransporte etc. abzuschließen sind.

"*Assurance responsabilité civile globale (<>)*:
II s’agit dune assurance responsabilité incluant a titre d’assuré nommé le Propriétaire, son Mandataire, les Consultants, l’Entrepreneur, les Autres entrepreneurs, les Sous-traitants, les fournisseurs, les *prêteurs*, ainsi que leurs employés, agents et représentants respectifs, qui effectuent tous Travaux sur le Projet, y incluant tous Travaux de construction ou d’installation."

Ich denke schon seit einer Weile angestrengt darüber nach, wie man in diesem Kontext "prêteurs" bewerten soll. Der erste Gedanke ging in Richtung Darlehensgeber, andererseits könnte ich mir mit etwas Fantasie auch den Verleih von Arbeitskräften (Zeitarbeit) vorstellen. Was meint ihr dazu?
