"Assurance sur l’équipement et les bâtiments et les installations temporaires
Chaque Entrepreneur et Sous-traitant, agent et représentant engagés dans les Travaux, doit renoncer a tout droit d’action et de recouvrement pour vol, perte ou dommage pour de tels biens, qu’il pourrait présenter au Propriétaire, à son Mandataire, [...] ; l’assurance doit les tenir indemne et à couvert pour toute réclamation faite par un tiers relativement a tel vol, perte ou dommage à tout tels biens, incluant toute réclamation faite par un locateur de ces biens; lesdites polices d’assurance doivent contenir une *renonciation de subrogation* (par tous les assureurs) en faveur du Propriétaire, de son Mandataire, des Consultants, de ses employés, agents et représentants et de tous les autres entrepreneurs et Sous-traitants."
