Law/Patents - Insurance | | French term or phrase: en deuxième ligne | In einem Vertrag über eine zwischen dem "client/Kunden" und dem "prestataire/Dienstleister" geschlossenen Logistikkooperation, Unterpunkt "Versicherungen":
Zunächst wird festgelegt, dass der Dienstleister Versicherungen in bestimmter Höhe abschließen muss.
Dann heißt es:
"Le CLIENT fera son affaire de la garantie des PRODUITS *** en 2ème ligne*** de la garantie souscrite par le PRESTATAIRE ..."
Ich bin mir überhaupt nicht sicher. Bedeutet dass, dass der Kunde nachrangig haftet, wenn die Versicherungssumme des Dienstleisters erschöpft ist? Oder kann der jeweilige Geschädigte auf den Kunden und den Dienstleister gleichzeitig zurückgreifen?
