Versicherungsvertrages (Vermögensschadenhaftpflicht für Unternehmensleiter/D&O) unter dem Begriff "conséquences pécuniaires":
"Toute somme que l’assuré est individuellement ou solidairement tenu de payer en raison d’un jugement, d’une sentence arbitrale ou d'une transaction passée avec le consentement écrit préalable de l'assureur, suite à toute réclamation introduite à l’encontre de l’assuré pendant la période d'assurance ou la période subséquente, notamment les dommages-intérêts (y compris les dommages-intérêts punitifs, exemplaires ou aggravés), les dépens, les frais irrépétibles de l’instance, les indemnités transactionnelles, ***le montant multiplié des dommages-intérêts multipliés par l’effet de la loi***, ou tout autre montant garanti au titre du présent contrat."
