Nous attirons votre attention sur le fait que si vous disposez d'ores et déjà pour 20 millions d'euros (valeur boursière) d'actions de la SICAV ... et si vous souhaitez bénéficier de la tarification préférentielle, vous devez procédez au rachat de vos actions actuelles et à la souscription pour un montant correspondant d'actions de catégorie "S".
Cette opération n'est pas soumise au prélèvement d'une *commission de souscription acquise aux tiers*.
