Es geht hier um die Anlagestrategie des Fonds. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich diesen Satz richtig verstehe. Bedeutet das, dass *maximal in Höhe des Nettovermögens* in Termingeschäften und Optionsgeschäften angelegt werden darf?

Das sehe ich genauso - möglicherweise könnte man diesen Teil noch übersetzen als "maximal in Höhe des einfachen Netto(fonds)vermögens" (im Unterschied zu anderen Regelungen, nach denen zum Beispiel Anlagen in Höhe des anderthalb-, zwei- oder dreifachen Nettovermögens zulässig wären). |
