Nonobstant les limites individuelles fixées au point 1.a., la SICAV ne peut combiner, lorsque cela l’amènerait à investir plus de 20% de ses actifs nets dans une même entité, plusieurs éléments parmi les suivants :
- des investissements dans des valeurs mobilières ou des instruments du marché monétaire émis par ladite entité,
- des dépôts auprès de ladite entité, ou
- ***des risques découlant de transactions sur instruments dérivés de gré à gré avec ladite entité***.


Hier meine vorläufige Übersetzung:

Ungeachtet der in Absatz 1.a festgelegten Obergrenzen darf die SICAV Folgendes nicht kumulieren, wenn dies zur Folge hätte, dass mehr als 20% ihres Nettovermögens in ein und derselben Einrichtung investiert wären:
- Anlagen in Wertpapieren oder Geldmarktinstrumenten der besagten Einrichtung,
- Einlagen bei besagter Einrichtung, oder
- ***von besagter Einrichtung erworbenen OTC-Derivaten***.


Die letzte Zeile stand im Referenz-TM, das der Kunde bereitgestellt hat, aber da scheint mir was zu fehlen. Wie würdet ihr das Ganze formulieren?
