Es geht um einen "Contrat d'agent commercial".

"La société XYZ devra, entre autre, assurer le suivi régulier de la clientèle, à savoir au minimum deux fois par an et assister aux salons en France et à l’étranger."

Heißt das eurer Meinung nach, der Vertreter XYZ muss die Messen *bloß besuchen* oder vielmehr *als Aussteller daran mitwirken* ? (Letzteres kostet viel Geld !)
