Es geht um das Schreiben einer Anwaltskanzlei an eine Versicherung. Ich weiß nur (aus einem anderen Text, der mir vorliegt), dass die versicherte Person aus Deutschland stammt und einen Autounfall in Frankreich hatte, den sie nicht verschuldet hat. An der folgenden Stelle aber geht es scheinbar um ein Bußgeld, dessen Ursache mir nicht bekannt ist:

"Monsieur le Directeur,

Pour ce qui concerne Madame xxx votre assurée, nous vous informons que nous sommes intervenus une nouvelle fois puisque celle-ci *était opposée aux services de* Monsieur le Procureur de la République auprès du Tribunal de Grande Instance de xxx.

Nous sommes intervenus en sa faveur et avons obtenu le classement sans suite d'une amende contraventionelle qui avait été décidée contre elle sans fondement sérieux."

Dieses "était opposée aux services de" ist mir hier nicht ganz klar. Was meint ihr dazu?

reine Vermutung, dass es sich um einen Tippfehler (était oppossée/s'était opposée) handeln könnte..
