Ich verstehe den Sinn des Absatzes, finde in der Eile die richtige juristische Formulierung nicht:

Dans le cas où le volume commandé varierait de X Points, ou dans le cas où les conditions techniques, économiques, sociales ou fiscales existant à la date de la signature du contrat évolueraient au point que l'équilibre économique initial du Contrat soit bouleversé ou que la poursuite du Contrat serait gravement **préjudiciable à** l’une ou l’autre des Parties, celles-ci conviennent de se rencontrer pour trouver une solution telle que chaque Partie retrouve intérêt à la poursuite des relations contractuelles.

(oder: ...für den Fall, dass die Weiterführung des Vertrags einer der beiden Parteien schwerwiegenden Schaden zufügen sollte...)

So würde ich das spontan übersetzen, ob das nun besonders juristisch ist, weiß ich nicht, das scheint mir aber bei diesem Wort nicht so entscheidend.
