Es geht um einen Zusatz zu einem Untermietvertrag im Rahmen eines Immobilienleasings. Der (verwirrende) Satz lautet wie folgt:

"Il est expressément convenu que le présent acte de préférence ne bénéfciera pas à la société XXX dans le cadre de la levée d’option du crédit-bail par la société YYY, de ***sinsitre non reconductible*** ou d’expropriation ou réquisition.

Ich stehe beim eingesternten Begriff vermutlich gerade auf der Leitung und es ist wie immer dringend.

natürlich ist der Originalsatz verdreht; ich interpretiere eben das "de" vor "sininister etc" als "aufgrund" bzw- "wegen"
