neutral  Dipl.-Kfm. Bernhard Aicher MBA: Ja, hier ist die Stellvertretung gemeint, ein Rechtsnachfolger wäre "ayant cause" oder "ayant droit".//Nach dem Kommentar von innsbruck bin ich nun doch nicht mehr sicher und stelle auf 'neutral' um.

disagree  innsbruck: SwissTell und Kollegen, wirklich nicht gegen euch gerichtet; "sich vertreten lassen" scheint offensichtlich; aber hier geht es um das frz. Rechtsinstitut der "substitution"; "sich vertreten lassen" führt hier zu einer völlig falschen Vertragsauslegung!!
